Hi All!
Just a note about me: I’m a novice blogger who loves to cook and bake. I am currently taking on the adventure of baking every single receipe in Peter Reinhart’s “Bread Baker’s Apprentice” from start to finish with the rest of the Bread Baker’s Apprentice Challenge Group.
I am also excited to join the online cooking group called French Friday’s with Dorie. We plan to bake from Dorie Greenspan’s new book “Around My French Table” (AMFT). I was very excited to get my book and even more excited to get the chance to bake along with so many other talented cooks around the world.
I may throw in another little sumpin’-sumpin’ that I make in addition my cook-the-book groups. I hope you enjoy my baking adventures and if you have a question please e-mail me!!
